Two minute walk to Great Restaurants, Shopping, Deer Valley, and The Canyons.
This 2500 SF home has a large beautiful Quartz Entry Way with custom mill work and built-ins for all your gear! A cathedral ceiling Library/family room/guest bedroom opens to a large deck overlooking downtown Park City. Comfortable Pullout sofa, full bath, flat screen TV and mountain decor complete this stunning, private retreat area on the upper floor.
An artist designed staircase leads you to the Great Room with a beautiful Stone Fireplace, built-in Entertainment Center with surround sound SONOS and State of the Art Gourmet Kitchen with sub-zero and Wolf appliances, marble counters, hardwood floors. Dining area for eight and island seating as well This floor also has a Queen sized Master Bedroom with marble bath, and a bunk room with custom log bunk-bed, both rooms with flat screen TV's. There is also a washer/dryer on this level.
The lower level has a luxurious Master Suite with fireplace, king sized bed, flat screen TV, sitting area, two walk in closets and a spa bath with Heated Floor, Steam Shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. Outside is a private stone patio with a barbecue and 6 person Hot Tub. All rooms have flat screen TVs. Wifi, DVD, Stereo system, Wine Refrigerator are a few of the many amenities provided.

95% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €1317 is held on 0 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure

Avid lover of Park City - all of the seasons! I originally came to ski and bought my first condo for that reason and ended up staying for the summer.
