There is an additional charge per person per night after 4 people so please be sure to put the total number of people in your reservation count.

You can't beat the convenient location of ski in / ski out 3 bedroom + loft, 2.5 bath condo in the ultimate ski destination. There is nothing like the convenience of booting up, walking less than 50 meters to the slopes and clicking into your skis. No need to bring a car as this location has access to the free shuttle system that can take you anywhere in town.
Our cozy and modern condo is truly one of the best ski in / ski out condo's in Park City! Since Vail's Multi Million Dollar upgrades to the resort the skiing conditions on the mountain is "off the charts"!
This condo unit is also perfectly located next to Park City Mountain Village shops, restaurants, ice rink, spa and bars. Park City is famous for it’s free and efficient bus system that will take you to the Deer Valley Ski Resort, Canyons Ski Resort or Main Street downtown.
To relax after a day on the slopes, our unit has a 52” LED Flat Screen TV in the living room as well as 32” flat screen TV’s in the master and upstairs family rooms. as well as another HD smart tv in the upstairs queen bedroom and another one in the dining area. A short indoor walk away is a hot tub overlooking the mountain in addition to an indoor/outdoor pool. Come home and turn on the gas fireplace, fire up some hot cocoa and relax in front of the big screen.
This nicely furnished condo is the perfect location for your upcoming vacation. With a master bedroom, queen bedroom, bunk beds in a separate loft area and a futon in another loft area this unit will sleep up to 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped, providing all the comforts and amenities of home. No need for a car at this location (either walk or take the free shuttle everywhere) but covered garage parking at the resort and daily maid service are available for an additional cost.

1% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
45% of the payment is required 100 days before arrival.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
95% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €1317 is held on 0 days after arrival and voided on 7 days after departure

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund* minus a 3.5% service fee. *there are NO refunds for cancellations during Holidays and Sundance so please be sure you are ready to book. You can buy travel insurance as well to protect you in the case of needing to cancel.

Avid lover of Park City - all of the seasons! I originally came to ski and bought my first condo for that reason and ended up staying for the summer.
